Pazhaverkadu, Chennai - பழவேற்காடு, சென்னை (PULICAT)

September 25: Two of my dear friends' birthday ... So there is nothing going to be short in "FUN" and "FROLIC" ... but where to go? how to have fun?

We decided to go to Yercaud. I started planning, and on the way to the Zenith of my planning, i hit the Nadir. I ran out of gas! reason: MONTH END.

Finally on the auspicious day! (two of the demonic gods i know were born right?), we planned to make a move and decided we should be going to Pazhaverkadu, a beautiful scenic place in the outskirts of Chennai.

We choose travel by bike, as we could not afford "A CAR", and my friend's car which we rely always was sold by him recently.

We started at around 11:15 AM in the morning from Perambur (actually the original plan was for 10:00 am, my friend Sothapified (made late))

We were traveling towards the destination in no time. 3 bikes, 5 young men, and off we went, singing songs, and screaming loudly (typically not what Loyola college taught us on how to be a LOYOLITE).

We reached the place by 1:30 PM. Bought some snacks, varities of food and eatables, as they will not be available once we board the boat in the lake.

One main thing: Liquor should be purchased in Ponneri, if you plan to have it, after reaching the beach. (Of course, do not forget to buy glasses, as  my friend did!!)

Once you are inside, you are arrested by the brilliance of the nature, Nature owns this place. It gives you a uuuuvvvvvvvaaaaaeee feel when you see the place of start of the trip by boat, never mind it.

Karthick was ecstatic i think, electrified presence in the boat, photos photos and more photos, all that he wanted on the boat

Combined Spirit, thats what we were known for in our college days. We travel long distances for drinking tea!

Only to be repairing a punctured bike for the next 1 hour. Then came Redhills and ...
